We are seeking a Pricing Associate to support our Sales Support team in delivering high-quality service and maintaining commercial performance.

Job Description

This temporary Pricing Associate position will be responsible for ensuring that all price exceptions and sales concerns are addressed within defined processes and SLAs. The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Manager: Sales Support and work closely with the team to deliver results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exception requests within defined processes and SLAs.
  • Escalate exceptions as needed with Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Send contracts to potential customers using CRM systems for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to understand local market conditions.
  • Support a 24/6 operation and be flexible to change shifts as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or related qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate MS Excel.
Technical Requirements

  • Strong English speaking and writing skills.
  • Full-time physical attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
