
Senior Business Development Specialist

This role involves driving revenue growth through the sale of maintenance and support services to existing customers in the Europe region.
Key Responsibilities:- In coordination with Sales teams, develop and execute a plan to achieve timely maintenance renewals for regional customer pipeline.
- Administer MS Dynamics, track deals against bookings forecast, and report on maintenance opportunities stage progression.
- Issue advance renewal notifications to customers and facilitate governance of expired renewals.
- Bid Preparation - collaborate with Services & Procurement teams for 3rd parties, support cost analysis, scope & SLA, pricing tools & bid approval workbook.
- Proposal Offer - prepare commercial quotations and submit to customers.
- Interface with Legal & Finance for review and approval of new maintenance contracts, payment terms & associated T&Cs.
- Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings as required for maintenance renewal price negotiations with customers.
Solid background in a Sales role in Telco / IT industry, with experience in Maintenance & Support and/or similar professional services selling background.
