Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a results-driven and meticulous Customer Support Associate to collaborate with our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic, client-facing environment and possesses exceptional multitasking, organization, and collaboration skills.

This professional will be responsible for performing customer support and liaison tasks, including bid preparation, communication coordination, and documentation maintenance. They will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bid status, and pricing within CRM systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, project coordination, or administrative roles, preferably within the construction or interiors industry. They should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with construction timelines, product samples, or installation processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
