Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Support Engineer & QA Specialist to ensure our customers receive excellent support while our app maintains the highest level of reliability.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, previous experience in a consumer or business app environment, and demonstrated ability to provide effective technical support or QA testing in a fast-moving software team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling complex issues escalated from customer service teams.
  • Investigating and resolving customer problems by reproducing issues, reviewing logs, and testing app flows.
  • Communicating clearly and empathetically with customers when needed.
  • Enabling internal support agents with clear explanations, fixes, and documentation.

Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in pre-release QA cycles, test app builds on both physical devices and simulators, run manual tests across key user journeys and edge cases, and help design and maintain automated test suites.
