Job Responsibilities:
- Organize calendars, meetings, and schedules for partners/associates
- Answer/receive calls, relay messages to concerned parties
- Arrange meeting venues and related requirements
- Manage records
- Prepare, print, photocopy, collate, or bind legal documents and reports
- Transcribe documents when necessary
