Job Title:
Care Representative
Care RepresentativeWe are looking for a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Care Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing customer problems and providing solutions
- Operating a PC/image station to obtain and extract information
- Documenting customer interactions and outcomes
- Developing positive customer relationships and coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Facilitation skills
- Ability to work in an automated customer service environment
