We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Call center experience preferred but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
