Transforming customer experiences is at the heart of this role. As a Customer Service Representative working onsite in Iloilo, you'll be part of bringing humanity to business.

We're looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference in customers' lives. In this position, you'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers.

  1. You'll answer incoming communications from customers and conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.

  • You're open to new opportunities or have customer service experience.
  • You possess great verbal communication and business writing skills.
  • You can recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge.
  • You have computer experience.
