Job Overview

This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders across various markets to expand our presence and foster trusted partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify influential individuals aligned with our brand and values
  • Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs for promotional activities
  • Coordinate and track influencer campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives
  • Maintain a structured database of partnerships, campaign performance, and communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistent representation
  • Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and partnership development
  • Stay up-to-date on trends within influencer marketing and the industry to optimize outreach strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach management, or partnership development, preferably within the gaming, tech, charity, or Web 3 sectors
  • Fluent English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1
  • Native-level proficiency in at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian) is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and crypto communities
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Familiarity with Web3 culture, terminology, and market trends is preferred but not required
