Senior Mortgage Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our loan processing department, you will play a vital role in supporting Mortgage Brokers throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities- Lending Support: Assist brokers at all stages of loan processing, from initial contact through to settlement.
- Executive Assistance: Provide high-level support to Mortgage Brokers and their applications.
- Client Engagement: Request client information, liaise with clients directly, and conduct needs analysis.
- Data Management: Prepare loan comparisons, ensure accurate data entry, and capture supporting documentation in CRM systems.
- Compliance: Manage compliance-related matters, ensuring accurate documentation and data entry.
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 2 years Australian experience in mortgage broking or banking/lending industry.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Aggregator CRM software and Applyonline/Simpology (LoanApp) lodgment systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of data privacy, Best Interest Duty, and Responsible Lending legislation.
- Work Habits: Accurate and detail-oriented work habits.
- IT Literacy: IT savvy and ability to learn software quickly.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking.
