Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Mortgage Broker Assistant to support loan processing and credit assessment functions.

This is a long-term opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with experience in the Australian mortgage space.

  • Manage end-to-end loan processing from application to settlement
  • Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties
  • Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility
  • Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons
  • Utilize CRM systems like MyCRM or Infynity
  • Stay current with industry updates and lender policies
Key Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of both loan processing and credit analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
  • Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia
Requirements

Australian mortgage experience is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker.
