Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online storefronts. This role involves managing inventory, optimizing listings, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings on Amazon and other platforms for accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor stock levels across platforms, coordinate restocking, and update the warehouse team.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews.
  • Track store performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
  • Maintain and analyze daily performance logs using Excel or similar tools.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon storefronts, including Seller Central.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with ability to manage and analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Monday.com, Grasshopper, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
