Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing daily online store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, including product listings, pricing, images, inventory, and metafields. They will also be responsible for coordinating new product launches, updating content blocks and banners, and supporting the build and scheduling of email campaigns.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily online store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers

  • Coordinate new product launches and ensure all relevant details are published accurately and on time

  • Update content blocks and banners on Homepage, landing pages, and other as required

  • Support the build and scheduling of email campaigns

  • Work with Marketing teams and be aware of trading calendar plans and strategies

  • Weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics and inform decision making and improve key KPIs

  • Support the creation of Digital Marketing activities like meta audience creation and Google Ads set up

  • Support the Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential

  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g., product review tools, metafields, upsell apps)
