Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and industry best practices.

This leader must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and at least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience. Key skills include talent management, employee engagement, culture building, leadership, and stakeholder management.
