The HRODA Manager plays a crucial role in building a robust organizational culture and driving strategic change initiatives. This leader partners closely with senior leadership to enhance operational efficiency, talent development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Human Resources and Organizational Development team in delivering high-quality services.
- Drive OD initiatives including restructuring, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures for compliance, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Design performance management systems to drive accountability, productivity, and employee growth.
- Cultivate a strong workplace culture and support transformation initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to build organizational capability and achieve business outcomes.
- Strengthen employer branding and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee training, learning, and development programs to build a continuous learning organization.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and industry best practices.
This leader must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and at least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience. Key skills include talent management, employee engagement, culture building, leadership, and stakeholder management.
