Job Title:

A key leadership position exists for a Senior Director of Talent Development.

This executive-level role oversees the organization's learning, education, advancement, and development agenda. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building a teaching organization, scaling leadership capability, embedding process excellence practices, and driving organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for talent development, aligning with business objectives and driving measurable impact on employee growth and organizational performance.
  • Design, execute, and scale leadership development programs for all levels of management, fostering collaboration, high performance, and innovation within teams.
  • Lead organizational design and restructuring projects to support evolving business strategies, ensuring alignment with emerging needs and competency frameworks.
  • Maintain and enhance the competency framework, overseeing succession planning and talent review processes, including follow-through interventions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related fields, with 3+ years in senior leadership.
  • Experience in digital learning platforms, performance management systems, and leadership development design.
  • Familiarity with Balanced Scorecard, KPI frameworks, and competency development.
  • Lean Six Sigma Belt (Green/Black) certification is a plus.
  • Core Communication Skills: Influence, executive presentation, stakeholder alignment.
  • Core Functional Skills: Learning design, OD strategy, KPI frameworks, process improvement.
  • Job-Specific Technical Skills: Learning systems (LMS/PMS), Scalable Learning with Blended-learning Approach, SharePoint, Data Analytics, Change Management.
Requirements
  • Willingness to travel regionally/nationally for rollouts.
  • Strong project management, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative leadership.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
