JOB SUMMARY

The Organizational Development (OD) Analyst is responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive workforce insights, job analysis, and organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and visualizing organizational data to support strategic decision-making in OD initiatives.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Has extensive experience in HR Data Analytics, Dashboard Development, and Database Management.

  • Has a degree Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Good command of English language skills both in written and oral, with the ability to tell a clear, concise, and compelling data story.

  • Has experience in HR Systems and OD/Workforce Database Management

  • Has high proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, LOOKUP functions, conditional formatting, formulas, charts)

  • Has strong knowledge of data management, report generation, and trend analysis.

  • Has ability to interpret data, identify trends, and offer actionable insights.

  • Has strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage large data sets.

  • Background in Manufacturing industry is a plus.
