
Business Growth Specialist

As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals. You will manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, oversee content creation and messaging for marketing materials, website, and campaigns, conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activity, collaborate with sales team to ensure cohesive brand communication, monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, events, and other channels
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, website content, and campaign messaging
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions and stay ahead of competitors
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless brand communication and alignment
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with graphic design or creative tools, such as Adobe Suite or Canva
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM, and email automation platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a marketing management role
