Executive Development Opportunity

You'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of retail and e-commerce as an executive development participant. This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the creation and scaling of innovative brands.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Brand Creation: Participate in the initial stages of brand creation, working closely with experienced brand teams to develop and launch new brands.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on product and market trends, collaborating with the brand team to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy.
  • Launch and Scaling: Assist in launching and scaling the brand, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry and contributing to the growth and expansion of the brand.
  • Assortment Growth: Aid in expanding the product range to meet market demands and trends.
  • Platform and Market Expansion: Work on expanding the brand's presence to more platforms and markets.
  • Marketing Channel Expansion: Assist in broadening the reach through various marketing channels.
Team Assignment After Year One

After completing their first year, you'll be assigned to either the Brand Creation Team or the Brand Scaling Team:

  • Brand Creation Team: Focus on launching new brands, applying learned experience in brand development and market introduction.
  • Brand Scaling Team: Focus on strategies and activities that contribute to the growth and expansion of established brands.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing Management, Finance/Accounting, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
  • No prior professional experience is required, but previous experience in marketing, business development, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.
