E-commerce Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly proactive and seasoned assistant to provide high-level support to the founder of a fast-growing e-commerce company.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbox and calendar for executives, track and coordinate tasks and projects, handle financial coordination and basic reporting.
- Create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) from existing processes, maintain data dashboards (Google Sheets) and handle data entry.
- Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports, book travel and handle ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Support and manage affiliate partnerships, support influencer collaborations, and grow B2B partnerships.
- Update and maintain online stores, enter and update product data, including pricing, promotions, and information.
- Develop SOPs and workflows to document key processes, identify internal efficiency improvements, and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting an e-commerce founder, fluent in spoken and written English.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, strong skills in Google Sheets, including dashboards and reporting.
- Proven experience in inbox/calendar management, SOP creation, and business reporting, hands-on experience with Shopify and at least one marketplace.
