At Thrive, we're looking for a skilled supervisor to oversee our support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficiency in achieving goals, including managing dashboards, scheduling coverage, and training engineers on specific clients and groups.
  • Guide team members on tool usage, contribute to escalation numbers, and participate in handoff meetings with each shift.
  • Manage interdepartmental communications and escalations through the channel, working closely with managers to ensure cases are handled according to standards.
  • Provide summary reports to leadership and work with the team to create knowledge base articles for working with clients and handling various situations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of managerial experience; call center or managed services experience preferred.
  • Technical expertise in products as they relate to service catalog.
  • Certification and practice in itil framework.
  • Proven experience managing resources, strong written and verbal communication skills.
