Job Duty:

1,Sales Performance & Team Management:

2,Lead and manage a team of commission-based sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.

3, Develop and implement strategies to maximize activations and improve conversion rates.

4,Monitor daily sales performance, provide feedback, and take corrective actions as needed.

5, Ensure team members fully understand commission structures and incentives to optimize earnings.

6, Provide ongoing training and mentorship to agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

7, Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings to drive motivation and performance.

8, Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training or support.

9, Track and analyze team sales data, ensuring alignment with company targets.

10, Submit daily and weekly sales reports, including agent performance insights and action plans

.11, Collaborate with SM and SS to align sales strategies with company goals.

12, Ensure a high standard of customer engagement and service to drive brand loyalty.o Identify new opportunities for market expansion and recommend strategies to increase sales reach.

13, Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
