Job Overview

A technical writer is needed to create user-friendly guides, training materials and standards for end-user applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating templates, standards and best practices for documenting business processes and system integrations.

Collaboration with analysts, engineers and stakeholders is also key to defining and codifying business logic behind data elements and applications.

The chosen candidate will ensure accurate documentation of metadata, data lineage and governance practices.

In addition, the selected person will support the roll-out of reference guides and catalogs to enable self-service analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create clear, concise and well-structured guides, training materials and SOPs.
  • Develop templates and standards for documenting business processes and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and codify business logic.
  • E nsure accurate documentation of metadata, data lineage and governance practices.
  • Support the roll-out of reference guides and catalogs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in technical writing (English).
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SQL, Power Query and Power BI.
