Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly
    guides, training materials, SOPs, and standards
    .
  • Create
    templates, standards, and best practices
    for documenting business processes, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with
    analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders
    to define and codify business logic behind data elements and applications.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of
    metadata, data lineage, and governance practices
    .
  • Support the roll-out of
    reference guides and catalogs
    to enable self-service analytics and reporting.
  • Conduct interviews and research with SMEs to document tacit knowledge and institutional memory.
  • Maintain the lifecycle of documentation to ensure materials remain
    current, relevant, and trusted
    .
  • Contribute to onboarding and training materials to support new employees.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in technical writing
    (English).
  • Strong command of
    written and spoken English
    , with excellent grammar.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Salesforce, SQL, Power Query, Power BI
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to create
    publication-ready documentation
    with professional and visual design.
