Job Description

Our organization requires a skilled Care Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by communicating with customers to resolve queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This involves providing timely and effective support to address customer concerns and ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Liaising with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex issues
  • Developing expertise in all areas of business operations to provide comprehensive support
  • Identifying and addressing trending issues to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills to effectively manage customer interactions
  • Self-motivation, organizational skills, and analytical thinking to prioritize tasks and resolve issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to work under pressure with varying deadlines and priorities
