We are seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Controller to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of finance, including financial reporting, analysis, and planning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and analysis.
    • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
    • Manage and optimize financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
    • CPA certification strongly preferred.
    • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling.
    • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, SAP, etc.).
    • Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of US tax system, regulations, and reporting deadlines.
    • Proven track record of successful month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Work Requirements:
    • Must align with Central Time business hours for collaboration with US-based team.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
