Finance & Operations Associate

This is a key role in our organization responsible for managing the financial and operational backbone of our business.

  • Record and reconcile transactions across wallets, exchanges, and systems
  • Maintain accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity
  • Coordinate with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with a solid finance or accounting background, strong knowledge of digital assets, and ability to work seamlessly across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and fluency in English communication. Experience working in an international, remote environment is also required.

  • Required skills:
    • 2–5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or operations
    • Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain finance, and reconciliations
    • Familiarity with Fireblocks, Integral, CoinTracking, or similar tools
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience in a multi-entity crypto organization
    • Background in legal, compliance, or corporate governance
