Job Overview:

About the Role:

  • Lead and direct the finance team to deliver accurate and regular management information to senior management and departments.
  • Develop and lead the evolution of financial reporting processes and business systems.
  • Support budgetary planning and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure all financial accounting and administration functions, internal controls and reconciliations are performed properly.
  • Produce and interpret management accounts.
  • Ensure the year-end audit is performed properly.
  • Generate and maintain cash flow and budgeting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory matters.
  • Financial planning (forecasting and budgeting).
  • Reporting of budget variances and cost control.
  • Training & mentoring.

Requirements:

  • An accounting qualification, ACA/ACCA or CIMA.
  • 5-7 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role (Financial Manager or FD).
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Experience working with financial forecasting software is a strong advantage.
