Job Summary

This is a highly sought-after opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to leverage their skills in social media management, creative design, and collaboration to drive impactful campaigns.

As a senior IT recruiter and technical hiring expert with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing & creative, you will be responsible for creating engaging content calendars, producing high-quality graphics, short videos, GIFs, and animations, as well as working with marketing, sales, and HR teams to deliver results-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
  • Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and animations that capture audience attention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and creative design
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and creative fields
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and SEO principles
