Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced digital marketing specialist to join our team.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with expertise in paid advertising, email marketing, and Shopify site management. You will play a key role in driving growth and revenue for our e-commerce business by developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and boost sales.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads)

    • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max (PMAX), Shopping, and Search Campaigns.

    • Create compelling ad copy, perform keyword research, and analyze campaign data to improve ROI.

    • Familiarity with Meta Ads is a plus (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Shopify Management

    • Manage and maintain the Shopify store, including theme editing and app setup.

    • Troubleshoot basic Shopify bugs and resolve customer/order issues.

    • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and Shopify Analytics.

    • Aesthetic eye for landing page ideation, layout planning, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

    • Proficient in Canva for creative ideation and design briefs.

  • SEO and Organic Traffic Growth

    • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools.

    • Collaborate with SEO agencies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.

  • Email Marketing & Automation

    • Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.

    • Understanding of D2C email flows, such as Welcome Series, Cart Abandonment, and Lead Magnets.

    • Ideate emails, review copy/design, and suggest improvements based on brand guidelines.

  • Collaboration, Teamwork & Coordination

    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

    • Coordinate asset needs, such as Google Shopping thumbnails and landing page creatives.

You will bring to the table:

  • 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in DTC or eCommerce.

  • Confident with marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads (PMAX, Shopping, Search); Meta Ads is a plus.

  • Hands-on with Shopify, Google Analytics, GTM, Semrush, and Google Search Console.

  • Sharp eye for copy, design, UX, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

  • Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for marketing tasks and content creation.

  • Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in fast-paced environments.
