Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns on various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Creating engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written copy, to support marketing efforts.
  • Managing and optimizing social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Conducting research to stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implementing new ideas and strategies into marketing plans.
  • Collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and print collateral.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
