Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand recognition. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing the organization's overall digital marketing strategy.

This includes:

  • Developing and executing paid and organic marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising channels.
  • Managing the company's digital presence to engage users and strengthen customer relationships.

You will also be responsible for researching industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, online advertising, content creation, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools to track performance metrics and improve strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with experience creating content for various digital marketing materials.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
