Job Description

The Performance Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting paid media campaigns and optimizing performance as part of a collaborative marketing team.

This position requires a basic knowledge of digital marketing and PPC principles, comfort working with data and spreadsheets, familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

  • Set up and monitor paid campaigns
  • Upload creative assets, ad copy, and track changes
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance daily
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
  • Support data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintain trackers and campaign documentation
  • Conduct keyword, audience, and competitive research
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates
  • Assist with testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding
