Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Flexera solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Administer and optimize Flexera platforms (FlexNet Manager Suite, Flexera One) for software asset management, license compliance, and optimization initiatives.
  • Analyze complex software licensing, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
  • Integrate Flexera with ITSM and ITAM tools, promoting automation and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized SAM solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Perform regular system audits, reporting, and software usage analysis.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay current with industry trends in SAM, ITAM, and relevant technologies.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience administering and integrating Flexera tools.
  • Solid understanding of software asset management best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of major software licensing models.
  • Familiarity with integrating Flexera with platforms like ServiceNow.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
