Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to join our team as a Financial Asset Manager.

This role involves calculating net asset values of investment funds by processing daily data, ensuring funds prices are accurate, reconciling positions and cash against reports from brokers/custodians, and calculating management and performance fees.

The ideal candidate will have experience in banking, investment firms, or accounting/audit firms, with a strong understanding of financial statements, investment products, and financial markets.

They will also possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, chart creation, and complex formulas/functions.

Additionally, the candidate will have proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure with strong attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping, general accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or assurance roles.
  • Understanding of financial statements, investment products (including alternative investments such as Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, and Fund of Funds), and financial markets.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, chart creation, and complex formulas/functions.

Work Arrangement and Setup

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with two days of remote work and three days of on-site work. Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility to align with European time zones when needed. Our office is located at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
