Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Financial Leader to oversee our organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and monitor comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Accounting and Reporting:
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
    • Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processes
    • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance
  • Compliance and Audit:
    • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations
    • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and financial reviews
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams
    • Develop team skills and improve departmental efficiency
  • Cash Flow and Treasury Management:
    • Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency
    • Oversee investments, banking relationships, and funding arrangements
Requirements
  • 5+ years in bookkeeping/accounting with progressive management experience
  • 2+ years in strategic budgeting and forecasting
  • Proven track record in senior leadership positions
  • Cash flow management expertise
Skills
  • Proficiency in advanced accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks online, Quickbooks desktop) and Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
