About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Renewals Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions and ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software asset management, CPQ quoting, and complex software sales. They will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage day-to-day customer interactions, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Work closely with sales teams, professional services, and technical support to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, or Sales Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of software asset management and CPQ quoting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
