Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating visually compelling designs and high-quality production files for various products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design & File Prep: Optimize digital files for different output methods, ensuring they meet production standards.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Color & Pre-press: Implement precise color management and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to correct errors.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Work seamlessly with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Skillset: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
  • Time Management: Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
