Job Title: Marketing Strategy Excellence Lead

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global marketing strategies that drive business growth and excellence. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create frameworks, tools, and processes that enhance brand building and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of priorities.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development to embed training into talent development plans.
  • Define metrics and measurement frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through insights and analytics.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or strategy within FMCG or related industries.
  • Proven track record in marketing capability building and transformation.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
