Strategic Business Insights Manager

This pivotal role is instrumental in converting raw data into actionable insights that drive revenue expansion, optimize stock levels, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Forecasting: Develop and maintain predictive models to ensure optimal inventory positioning. Identify trends in historical sales, seasonal demand, and product lifecycle.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Design and implement dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, stock health, and operational KPIs. Deliver analytical packages to Sales, Finance, and Operations teams. Build new reports and data solutions to support evolving business needs.
- ERP Management & Optimizations: Product Information Management. Serve as the primary liaison for ERP integrations, coordinating with internal and external development teams. Ensure APIs are connected and functioning correctly, troubleshooting as needed. Query, audit, and optimize ERP integrations to minimize manual processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Advanced Data Analysis: Craft complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets. Explore and apply AI-powered tools to expedite analysis and improve forecasting precision.
This role requires a strong proficiency in SQL, BI tools, and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience working with ERP systems and familiarity with AI/ML tools for forecasting and data automation is highly advantageous. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
