Lead Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-informed decision-making across the business.

About the Role

The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable strategy, helping us unlock growth and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to deliver and maintain reporting across key business functions.
  • Develop and execute data analysis strategies to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.
  • Deliver timely, accurate ad-hoc reports and insights to support operational and strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments.
  • Critical and strategic thinking, able to cut through complexity, synthesise large datasets, and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Highly proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • Commercially minded and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with visualisation tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs (GET, PUT, POST requests).
