Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Client Analyst to support our newly created regionalised structure. This is not a traditional reporting role: the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines, prototype decision-support systems, and lead the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

This role is newly created, reflecting our evolving focus on AI-assisted insight delivery, proactive scenario modeling, and cloud-first analytical architecture. You will work on problems that were previously underserved by traditional analytics and help define the frameworks that power executive decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills
  • Play a lead role in driving cross-client insight standardisation and reporting automation
