Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the Merchandising Department, developing and executing category strategies to maximize sales and profitability. This includes analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to curate a compelling product assortment, collaborating with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality, managing inventory levels, markdowns, and promotions to optimize sell-through, working closely with the buying, marketing, and store operations teams to align merchandising strategies, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margin, turnover, and stock levels.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Category Management, Merchandising, or Buying within the retail industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis tools, excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills, strong leadership and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
