Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Team Lead to join our organization in a key leadership role. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and leading the performance of your team in delivering results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of annual testing plans and provide feasible solutions to address issues identified or recommendations to improve business processes.
  • Assist in reviewing works and final reports prior to release and ensure timely delivery of activities.
  • Coordinate the preparation of detailed testing templates, questionnaires, and gathering information and data from testing subjects for review and analytics.
  • Prepare training materials and presentation decks as required.
  • Drive and monitor team productivity and efficiency.
  • Research regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information.
  • Maintain good working relationships with regulatory personnel and stakeholders through consistent communication and resolving concerns.
  • Plan and coordinate operational activities to guarantee compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Develop and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Process Narratives, and Standard Operating Procedures are in place and up-to-date.
  • Co-manage and nurture the team through continued personal development, maintaining collegiality and collaboration, and fostering a performance culture.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of strong background in either Internal or External Audit, or experience with compliance testing and risk and controls.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience, with proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team.
