What you'll be doing

  1. Monitoring, reviewing, and updating the company's compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
  2. Conducting risk assessments and implementing controls to mitigate compliance risks
  3. Providing compliance training and guidance to employees across the organisation
  4. Serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and auditors
  5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation to demonstrate the company's compliance
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of compliance
  7. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation and industry regulations
  8. BIR and tax compliance

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
  2. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, laws, and regulations applicable to the industry
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
  5. Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and presenting compliance information
  6. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure comprehensive compliance
  7. Relevant degree in business administration, accounting or related field.
