Customer Service Associate - Logistics Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our sales teams by coordinating all shipments and proactively communicating with scheduling, load management and carrier services to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met.

This role involves being the main point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of a shipment. You will be responsible for proactively communicating with customers on the status of their shipments and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that shipments meet expected delivery times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally. They will also have at least 9 months of experience working in logistics or a related field. Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess and resolve issues are also essential requirements.
