This role is ideal for a skilled professional seeking to utilize their technical expertise to support the growth of innovative businesses. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to clients, helping them to navigate complex technical systems and streamline their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, including setup, launch, and monitoring of cold email campaigns;
  • Design and implement automation workflows using industry-leading tools such as n8n.io;
  • Generate targeted lead lists based on client Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs);
  • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs;
  • Synchronize leads and actions across platforms such as Instantly, Apollo, n8n, and client CRM systems;
  • Ensure campaign and workflow integrity by maintaining organized documentation in Notion or SOPs;
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably with marketing automation or virtual assistance background;
  • Proficiency in Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com;
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or HighLevel;
  • Strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization;
  • Problem-solving mindset with a knack for debugging tools and streamlining processes;
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to take initiative without constant oversight;
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical setups and maintain process documentation.
