Learning Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Learning Manager.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will design and develop training programs aligned with business objectives. They will work closely with trainers to tailor these programs to organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training initiatives that support business goals.
- Manage relationships with external providers to ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in training methods.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address customer service issues and enhance call handling practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Call Center/BPO Operations.
- At least 2-4 years in a Supervisory or Managerial role.
- Experience managing large teams of call center representatives.
- Training program design and development expertise.
- Instructional design knowledge.
- Proficiency in business software applications.
