Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving change through learning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in designing human-centred learning experiences. You will work closely with internal staff and external stakeholders to co-design and create innovative learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of effective learning resources, activities, and assessments in various educational contexts. You will also write high-quality student-facing material for qualifications frameworks and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design and implement learning solutions.
  • Write clear and concise learning materials that meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and students.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing learning experiences using learning theories, assessment standards, and pedagogical practices.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Experience working with digital education technologies, including learning management systems and audio-visual media.
