Key Role: Business Operations Expert

A sought-after professional is required to join a leading Australian fintech company. The successful candidate will possess experience in IT, with a background in business analysis and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall). They will also be proficient in EXCEL (pivot tables, basic formula e.g. vlookup), Jira, and Confluence.

This role involves collaborating with designers, developers, and QA to develop effective strategies and test plans. The operations expert will review and analyze system specifications, work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle, and support the development of solution proposals that offer improved business efficiency and service delivery.

The operations expert will partner with business stakeholders to identify, plan, and scope process design changes, collaborate with stakeholders across the business to design, test, and implement solutions, and assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing processes, workflows, policies, and procedures.
