Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Process Improvement Manager to spearhead the transformation of our operational strategies and develop scalable systems that drive client satisfaction and business growth.

This pivotal role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives across the firm, collaborating with legal teams, intake specialists, client experience managers, and technology partners to streamline workflows, remove inefficiencies, and implement impactful solutions aligned with our long-term vision.

The Senior Process Improvement Manager will blend data-driven insights with human-centered design to create systems that enhance performance, reduce costs, and elevate every stage of the client journey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading process analysis and improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining process maps and models to ensure efficient workflow execution.
  • Providing training and guidance on process improvement methodologies to team members.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Proven experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Key Qualifications:
